Since April 2007, Nobutaka Ueda has been engaged in real estate financing (non-recourse loans) at Mitsubishi HC Capital. Overseeing the sales team from May 2015, he has been responsible for a total of approximately 240 billion yen in loans and equity investment, including logistics development investment. In April 2023, he was appointed as CPD Representative Director. Ueda is a graduate of Chuo University.

Taro Manabe was a directing asset manager at LIM, where he oversaw more than 30 logistics assets valued at over USD 3 billion during his 10-year career with LIM. Before LIM, he led the acquisition of office assets at Mori Trust REIT. Manabe is a Class-1 Architect (Japan).

Ryuzaburo Kanehoshi was in charge of leasing and tenant relations at GLP Japan Inc. for approximately 7 years beginning in 2012. Prior to GLP, he was with CBRE where he was responsible for leasing brokerage of multiple asset classes and supporting clients’ CRE strategies. Kanehoshi is a graduate of Kyushu University.

Norihito Yokooka was in charge of deal sourcing and asset disposition at GLP Japan Inc. for approximately 5 years beginning in 2014. Prior to GLP, he was with Tokyu Livable where he was responsible for sales brokerage of logistics assets including land for developments.

Tomoaki Kikai started his career at Mitsubishi UFJ Lease in 2009 and has engaged in non-recourse financing and equity investments in real estate. He brings 5 years of experience with a total value of more than USD 1 billion in financing/investments. Kikai received a bachelor’s degree from Doshisha University.

Aki Wakimizu was involved in deal execution including capital raising and asset management at Aetos Japan and other international fund management companies. Prior to joining Aetos Japan, she worked in the legal department at SoftBank Corp. Wakimizu is a graduate of Tokyo University and is a Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Hiroki Takahashi was responsible for the asset management of over 60 logistics assets of more than USD 5 billion in value at GLP Japan Advisors Inc. (J-REIT). Before joining GLP in 2013, he was with Mapletree Investments Japan where he oversaw the management of over 20 logistics assets. Takahashi graduated from Waseda University.

Shuki Furukawa joined CPD in June 2021. Prior to joining CPD, he played vital roles in brokerage and leasing transactions in logistics properties at GLR Investment Co., Ltd for more than 5 years. He began his career at a real-estate company where he specialized in property management and leasing in residential properties.

Misaka Ono is in charge of asset management since she joined CPD in April 2018. Before joining CPD, she was in charge of back-office operations for leasing and asset management at GLP Japan Inc.

Ryoma Sato has been engaged in land acquisition for approximately 5 years at Nomura Real Estate Development.At Nomura Real Estate Development, he has worked on development projects in rental condominiums, commercial facilities etc., and has also been in charge of acquisitions of land for logistics facilities.In 2023, he transferred to Mitsubishi HC Capital and joined CPD in May 2023. Sato is a graduate of Hosei University.
