CPD Osaka Nanko

Location Osaka City, Osaka
Project Overview Renovating 5-story logistics property located in Osaka bay area. The renovation involves replacing major key equipment including elevators to rebirth the property as a modern distribution. The property was originally built for a 3rd party logistics operator in 1991. Renovation completed in July 2021.

CPD Nishinomiya Kita

Location Kobe City, Hyogo
Project Overview The site is immediately adjacent to Hanshin distribution complex (Hanshin Ryutsu Center) which is widely recognized for an excellent accessibility to Osaka’s Central Business District. The plan is to build two state-of-the-art multistory-logistics properties that will equip with spiral ramps to allow trucks direct access to upper-floors. This project began with bulldozing the greenfield to create constructible sites. Construction will be to completed in Spring 2025.

Project Overview Development project of a 4 story multi-tenant logistics facility. Superior location with excellent access to arterial roads and expressways providing wide distribution coverage in the Osaka and Kyoto areas. Truck berths are on the ground and 3rd floors, enabling efficient loading operations. A ramp also provides 40ft trucks direct access to the 3rd floor. Development completed in May 2021.

Project Overview Located across the road from CPD Matsudo I. Development project of a 4 story logistics facility in Minoridai Industrial Park, 20km from central Tokyo, with modern specifications such as 1.5～2.5t/㎡ floor load, column span greater than 10m, ceiling height exceeding 5.5m, and LED lighting systems. Development completed in March 2019.

Project Overview Development project of a 4 story logistics facility in Minoridai Industrial Park, 20km from central Tokyo, with modern specifications such as 1.5～2.5t/㎡ floor load, column span of over 10m, ceiling height of over 5.5m, and LED lighting systems. Development completed in August 2018.

Atsugi Nairiku Logistic Centre

Location Atsugi City, Kanagawa
Project Overview Development project of a 4 story multi-tenant logistics facility with modern specifications such as 1.5t/㎡ floor load, column span of over 10m, ceiling height of over 5.5m, and LED lighting systems. Truck berths are on the ground and 3rd floor enabling efficient loading operations. A ramp also provides 40ft trucks direct access to the 3rd floor. Development completed in June 2018.

HUB AMAGASAKI

Location Amagasaki City, Hyogo
Project Overview Acquired as is, Panasonic’s former plasma display factory building and lot in Amagasaki. Executed conversion to a logistics facility and restored it as a multi-tenant distribution processing center. Land and building acquired in October 2015, building reconstruction completed in 2017.

CPD Miyoshi Logistics Center

Location Miyoshi City, Aiichi
Project Overview BTS project for a major F&B wholesaler. Part of an urbanization control area development for which CPD conducted discussions with the administration and created an investment eligible project. Land acquired in January 2015, building construction completed August 2015.

CPD Itsukaichi Logistics Center

Location Itsukaichi Port, Saeki-ward, Hiroshima
Project Overview Acquired the distribution center building of a major refrigerated distributor during the construction phase, purchased the land from the owner, Hiroshima prefecture, and designed a sale and leaseback project. Land and building acquired and building construction completed January 2014.

CPD Kashiwa Distribution Center

Location Kashiwa City, Chiba
Project Overview Acquired as is, the land and building of a former aluminum sash assembly factory. Executed conversion to a logistics facility, attracted tenants, and restored it to an apparel ecommerce distribution center. Land and building acquired in November 2012, building reconstruction completed April 2013.
